The Wall Street Journal Survey of CEO Compensation

The Wall Street Journal CEO Compensation Study was conducted by Hay Group, a management-consulting firm. The study analyzes CEO pay from the first 200 U. S. companies with fiscal year 2008 revenue of at least $5 billion that filed their proxy statements between October 2008 and March 2009. It will be updated as companies file new proxies.
