看来作者，并不想彻底构建资本主义，而只是修补而已，比如说环保，并未想从根本上的制度层面解决，而盼望有良心（future concious）的股东来约束管理者行为；当然作者在capitalism 3.0里还是提出了一个类似政府部门的机构，这些机构市场化运作，具有法律定位，有权对稀有资源收税，如不可再生资源，如干净的水，清新的空气，从而抑制过度消费，为后人PRESERVE一个法子空间。
