A comment from WSJ reader

Someone said this situation is a lot like a poker game where everyone started out with chips, some more than others but with reasonalbe proximity. The game was rigged (supply side / tax cuts / wealthy get wealthier) and towards the end only one guy had most all of the chips, of course. The game fell apart as not one else was left with (evryone else / no demand) money to play.
