I've worked at several organizations, and consider my self to be above average but certainly not genius. In every organization, however, there is a small group of individuals that are truly exceptional and brilliant. They truly drive the organization. But can you imagine an organization where everyone is exceptional and brilliant? The organization would quickly fall apart and become dysfunctional. The egos would just be too big. So I ask managers and employers to reject this new human resources tool because it would rip your organization apart. (In)Human resources has hit a new low. By the way, whose measuring the performance of human resources staff?
